She has worked in similar roles in multinational companies across Nigeria and has experience in consulting.

She has an NCE in Business Education, and a BSc in Business Education from Delta State University, Abraka. She has attended several HR trainings and is currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
